Tickets are issued electronically to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a working email address and presenting a valid ticket when required.

For MVP, we keep this readable and straightforward. Before taking live payments, these should be reviewed against your actual business practices and Stripe setup.
Refunds & event changes
Refund rules may vary by event organizer. Each event should display the applicable refund or cancellation terms before purchase. If an event is cancelled, customers will receive instructions by email.
Privacy
Kyoona Connect should collect only the information needed to process orders, deliver tickets, support customers, and understand basic site usage. Payment card details will be handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by Kyoona Connect.
Ticket misuse
Each ticket will contain a unique identifier. Duplicate, altered, or previously redeemed tickets may be refused at entry.
